By accessing or purchasing from Still & Oak, you agree to these terms. All content on this site, including product descriptions, images, and designs, is the property of Still & Oak and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify prices, availability, and policies at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or adjust orders and will notify you promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1,500 within the contiguous United States. For orders below that threshold, a flat rate of $75 applies.

Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5–10 business days. White-glove delivery and setup is available in select metro areas for an additional fee. All shipments are plastic-free and fully recyclable.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Custom fabric orders are final sale unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Swatch kits are non-refundable but are credited back on your first furniture purchase.

Warranty

All Still & Oak furniture is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers frames, joinery, and structural components. Upholstery fabrics and cushions are covered for 2 years under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications not performed by Still & Oak. For warranty claims, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
